Alexis Mason I am so happy we decided to take the birthday girl here. Everything from the time we walked in to the minute we left, was fantastic. Our reserved table was waiting in us - no wait. All the food we ate was tasty and the service from Emily was just the cherry on top. She was super informative & attentive which made our visit just that much better. The cajun grouper was delicious and you have to order the lobster dip!! Drinks are good too! We will definitely continue to have celebration dinners at Connors!

Jean Stokes Stopped in for a bite, my first time, and had heard great things about their blue cheese dressing, I did try it and it tastes like blue cheese (other flavors didnt mask or obscure the blue cheese flavor) you can see the crumbles. I didnt order anything that went with it, I just had to try it. I ordered the candied jalapeño popper dip it comes with their house bread. Both are very tasty. The dip itself is a cold dip and similar to a cheese ball. It is spreadable moderate sweetness with some jalapeño fire. It will light up your mouth and open sinuses but not so hot you have to stop eating maybe a sip or two of your favorite beverage will do, we couldnt stop eating it. I also had the turkey club plenty of meat but if you want extra you can do that too for an additional fee, I just dont know where they would put it. It was very good but after the dip I could only manage half. Service was great, thanks Haley for taking good care of us. She was fast friendly and around if we needed her. Highly recommend the dip it would be a nice snack while having some cocktails, I might just make that my next trip.

Justin Vizaro Good spot overall, especially with most of the menu being vegan. Food was solid, with some items better than others. Went ham trying the brunch menu. I do think they should make some items available all the time. Grit cakes are unique, very good. Breakfast burrito: 8/10 Seitan sausage: 9/10 Tempeh bacon: 6/10 Tofu scramble: 6/10 under-seasoned Roasted potatoes: 7/10 Biscuit: 9/10 Gravy: 6/10 Grit cakes: 9/10

5.The Monroe

Kyle Hayes If every dinner came with a server like Mallory, we’d cancel our meal plans at home forever. She was witty, attentive, and somehow managed to keep our large, chatty party perfectly on track. She struck that rare balance of professional and playful, reading the table like a pro and handling every request with patience and good humor. And just when we thought the evening couldn’t get better, the desserts arrived, each one a masterpiece courtesy of the Ukrainian pastry chef, who clearly takes sugar, butter, and chocolate very seriously. When one of us had the audacity to order a dessert to go, she came out of the kitchen personally and the room got quiet. Her smile didn’t fade, but there was a moment, a distinct feeling, that made us all sit up a little straighter. You don’t disrespect an artist! We half-expected to find a note in the dessert box reminding us to never do that again. Between Mallory’s exceptional service and desserts almost too beautiful to eat (but too delicious not to), this was a five-star evening from start to finish. We left full, happy, and slightly fearful — but in the best possible way.

Brandon Lancaster I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Huntsman Restaurant, and I have to say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere had the perfect balance of warmth and sophistication—inviting, comfortable, and full of great energy. The food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, and the flavors were rich, balanced, and memorable. But what truly elevated the evening was our server, Luis. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the menu, offering excellent insights and thoughtful recommendations. His pairing suggestions were spot-on and really enhanced our dining experience. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, passion, and genuine hospitality the way he did. Overall, The Huntsman impressed me on every level—food, vibes, and service. I highly recommend it, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

Renee Rushing This place is amazing. I woke up with a craving for comfort breakfast food like pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc., and Im so lucky I found Oleans because I didnt actually know where to go. I just drove around until I found a place and I really lucked out. I got the Obama (which had pancakes, eggs, tons of bacon, sausage, cheesy grits and toast) and a slice of lemon cake. There was so much food Im still eating the leftovers at 9pm and my stomach is very happy.

Chandra Nicole Lovely old fashioned, locally-owned diner offering southern cooking. The service is down home friendly; you can tell they try to connect with the customers and build lasting relationships. The food is good with huge portions. This is definitely a go to if you don’t feel like cooking. The cornbread muffins are amazing and you can tell that they’re baked fresh from scratch!

Metrius Hadley This was my first time visiting Mom & Dad’s and I was very content with my food and service! When I first arrived it was packed because it was homecoming night for one of the high schools and I doubted the service would be good, but Mom & Dad’s proved me wrong! My bread, Chicken Parmigiana, and dessert was absolutely delicious! Plus, any delays caused by the crowds were handled well by my server! I will be returning soon!

Mike Bergantino Sure! Here’s a polished review based on your thoughts: --- I recently had the pleasure of meeting Omega, and I must say the fish camp was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious—every bite was a delight. What truly stood out during our visit was the exceptional service. My mom, who is in her late 70s, has been coming to to the fish camp with her friends and she always brags about the service and Omega, and they have always been treated with the utmost kindness and respect by the staff. It’s heartwarming to see how they remember the little details that make a visit special. My mom genuinely loves Omega, and I can understand why. Her personality and attentive service makes it a wonderful place for seniors to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend the fish camp to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

Greg Kimball I recently visited the Proof Brewery at 1320 S Monroe St, in Tallahassee, FL. I had a nice experience at this brewery. Its a large interior space with plenty of seating. I got there early and was able to have a nice talk with the bartender. A very nice place to enjoy on of their varieties of beer.
