Spencer Hill We had PHENOMENAL service from Branden! Apparently it’s his first night too and we would have never known. He was polite, punctual, attentive to our feral children haha simply above and beyond. Best experience we’ve had thus far ◡̈

Natalie Esquivel Absolutely amazing place! The food was great but the people were better. Our server was Elenor (i hope i spelled that right) and she made great recommendations with the broccoli soup and the spring pasta. The manager was very nice as well. We were a pretty big party and we all had a fabulous time! Highly recommend.

Mrs. Haney Large outdoor seating area with couches, fireplaces, TV & music stage. They have a lot of indoor seating as well as a large party-sized room. The upstairs patio does not open until 4 PM so we did not get to see that, but they said there’s a bar and similar seating up there. The rum cake martini was amazing and very strong. The onion rings were great although I prefer regular ranch with it then the barbecue ranch. The fish and chips were good. It seemed to come with regular and sweet potato fries mixed. The menu said waffle fries so when we asked about it he said the waffle fries were not handmade (they are processed) so the ones we had are better. Free parking

Gryffin Medina This pulled pork mac (Train Wreck as listed on the menu) was very well balanced flavor wise. The pork immaculate and sauce fairly tame and complemented the meat well. No element stood out to much and the jalapeños poked our at the very end. The atmosphere for me was spooky and jovial (came in december) . Decently worth a stop in.

Doug Powell WOW! One of the best restaurants in Gainesville, GA!!! I had the Bahn Mi Thit Nuong - grilled pork sandwich and the Chen Bo Vien - small meatball and onion soup for lunch and it was spectacular!!! The bread was very fresh with the perfect flakiness in the crust as a Bahn Mi should. The pork was tender and the vegetables very fresh. The meatballs in the soup were so delicious! The onion was very thin sliced and provided an excellent balance. I will be back often.

Tara Borders First visit was last month and for some reason, the outside looks like an art gallery. Maybe that’s just me, HA! They have salads, wraps and warm bowls. A variety of proteins and toppings to choose from. Vegan friendly, which is my fave! Build your own bowl. Wild rice, romaine lettuce, black and pinto beans. Tofu for the protein (cooked fresh and was delectable!). 4 toppings are included. I chose chickpeas, cucumbers, beets and cabbage. Bought 2 additional - edamame and black olives. Chipotle dressing (it’s vegan!). This bowl was perfect! You can they use fresh ingredients that are high quality. I love with places have vegan options that they take the time to make delicious. Tofu said it was seasoned, but it was way better than I thought it would be. I will definitely be back. Super chill vibe, decently quiet and great customer service! They have feee wifi if you want to work while here or use it just because. Same owners as Consuelo, which is a few doors down. If you have not be en there yet, run now to dine in! 2nd visit - I was super excited because the first went soooo well! I knew immediately my tofu would be burnt. The guy cooked it at too high a temperature. Tofu is simple and I’m assuming it was pre-seasoned. The dish was still good but it was definitely noticeable. Only notable thing was a group of women were playing some type of game and were pretty loud this visit. No issue as it was a gorgeous day and we ate outside. That would have been a bit annoying to me if dining inside.

Brent Rollins My dad was in the North Georgia Medical Center and when my sister and mom relieved me of staying with him I was starving! Being a burger fanatic I searched for burgers in Gainesville and this was the first place to pop up. Then I saw it was in a gas station and said "oh yeah, I gotta try this place! Boy am I glad, this place is excellent! I got the double bacon double smash burger and when she told me they deep fry the hotdogs, I got one of those too! About 8 minutes later Im walking outside to a picnic table since they do not have inside seating (the worst part about the place, but it was a beautiful day with little wind so it was great!) and started immediately scarfing down the burger. It was great! A little crunchy on the edges and enough meet towards the middle so you feel like you are actually eating something, not just bun and condiments like some smash burger places. And the fries were good but I didnt have time for those, the hot dog kept staring me down! So after wiping the hamburger out I started on that dog (dawg?). It was hot, juicy, and had a little crispy snap to it since it was deep fried, and the bun was lightly toasted, like the burger bun was. And it was not some little skinny dog either, more like a deli dog! Anyway, everything was great and if you are in the area I highly recommend you stopping by and trying them out! I also saw a truck or trailer on the side of the building so if you see a food truck or trailer that says "The Lunch Counter" from Gainesville Georgia, try it!

Jonathan Sides Food looks and tastes like something out of a magazine. Only complaint was that we said multiple times no onions and they still brought it with onions, like LOTS of onions. But after picking them out it was delicious.

Lynn Hudson El Tepache Mexican Grill 1210 Thompson Bridge Rd Suite F Gainesville, GA Once again my friends introduced me to a new restaurant. I have found my favorite Mexican restaurant. It was a Friday night. The place was packed. Apparently my friends are celebrities here. We were seated right away. All of the wait staff eventually worked their way to our table to welcome my friends. The food was awesome. We had fajita nachos, burritos, cheese dip and more. It was so crowded I wanted to finish my meal and allow others to be seated. I was not able to make pictures this time. I was told it is always this packed. No one seemed to mind the wait. They knew eventually they would be seated and be treated with exceptional and friendly service and incredible food. They offer outdoor seating as well. I will try to find a slower time so I dont feel rushed and am able to enjoy more different dishes and make pictures.
