Scarbrough Jr David (DāDā) On March 25th, we waited about 50 minutes from the time we drove in until receiving our food due to a McDonald’s corporate inspection. I understand safety & quality control from corporate is absolutely necessary, but when their inspection slows down the normal operation and flow of customers getting their orders in a timely manner, I don’t believe corporate would be pleased with that specific inspector for what transpired yesterday. Their inspector & inspection did the exact opposite or what McDonald’s is going for. We got barely warm sandwiches due to the inspector holding everything up. The McDonald’s worker was nice and apologized for the extremely long wait and upsized our fries as I’m sure she did for the other customers that chose to actually stay in line at the drive through and order. We seen multiple vehicles drive around since the line wasn’t moving and go somewhere else. Had we not already placed our order & paid, we would’ve done the same.

Scarbrough Jr David (DāDā) Our food was great, as always. The service was exceptional as well. There’s plenty of seating with tables and booths. The booths offer a little more privacy for those who don’t like to sit in the middle of a room.

Chris Rieman Ordered a Diet Coke with cherries, received a regular coke no cherries. Is making drinks correct that hard? Is this not a drink stop? Would have went back if any of the stalls worked and if the line wasn’t so long.

Todd Floyd This is the Finest,hands down, Burger Ive had in a very, very long time! First time I tried the Brisket fries... They were excellent!!! If you want to get what you pay for and enjoy it all in the same very pleasant place!!! Youve got to go!!!

Curt This is a take out restaurant only. My wife and I eat there quite often and we have loved everything we’ve gotten so far. The elderly couple that owns it are very kind. Once they get to know you, they will start suggesting different foods for you to try. So far every thing has been great. I think they like to share their culture through the food they serve.

David Mickey Lisa is the waitress and the chef. Food is always fresh and delicious, portions are very generous, and prices can’t be beat. Best oyster poboy I have ever had, and I have had many in New Orleans, Lafayette, and BR.

Lexi Boalch My husband wanted Popeyes so I went there for lunch. They were so nice and gave me the best service. I haven’t eaten there in ages. I’ve never had workers be so nice and cheerful. My chicken wasn’t finished yet so they asked me to pull over, but it was there in less than 2 minutes and they got my order correct, all my food was hot, they remembered sauces and napkins… AND they gave me extra biscuits and larger fries. That was so nice of them.

proximo Locally owned and run, it shares space with the Exxon. Just drive around back for the order window or go inside the Exxon. I needed breakfast for 20 ppl, and though we took them completely by surprise, our cooked fresh order was ready in 45 minutes. (Called ahead) The biscuits were great. Soft and not too crumbly. Easy breakfast for anyone passing through!
