Mohamed Alharbi This place is the real deal! A true New York–style deli right here in Norwich. The sandwiches are stacked high with fresh meats and cheeses, just like you’d get in the city—loaded with flavor and made to perfection. The bread is always soft and fresh, and the portions are HUGE (you definitely get your money’s worth). Beyond the deli, the shop has all kinds of great products, from snacks to essentials, making it a one-stop spot. The vibe is welcoming, the service is fast and friendly, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re craving an authentic NY deli experience without leaving Norwich, this is the spot!

G I was there Thursday night for some drinks and food. Not too busy and food came out at a reasonable time. Head chef Billy does a good job and appears to do it all from cooking to tending to salad bar. Bartender was very friendly. Other Patrons seemed to enjoy their dinners. Steaks and Baked potatoes looked good. My only recommendation would be to change the music playlist to something a little more up beat.

Linda Baker We were greeted by an enthusiastic young man upon entering. He was new, as we could tell, he was being trained and needed assistance here and there. He apologized, I told him we have all been new and he was doing a great job. His trainer was very patient as well. Our orders were perfect. Food was great. I heard him kindly address each customer that came in. It was a great experience for a change, in fast food. The dining room was clean and we even got to sit by an electric fire place!

Charles Olcott Perhaps its just my horrible luck, but every time I think that ok, maybe THIS time... Nope. Taco Bell dishes have been made incorrectly nearly every time Ive been in the the last few years, or order missing items. The chicken side is a nightmare. The latest time I went, they were parking cars after paying, presumably because they were out of food, and after fifteen minutes, someone came out to tell me that they shouldve told me before, but they had no chicken ready, and were just now putting in more and its gonna be another fifteen. Yes, this is a KFC place that, the last four times through, had no chicken. One time I was told they literally had none and wouldnt for a while because they only had one person "who can make it" and they were on lunch. I believe it was explained that it was to guarantee a fresh experience but no one has ever gone to a KFC expecting there to, in fact, be no chicken. The recent redesign I had hoped might help, but no. And the interior is worse now, with very small tables and what feels like much less overall seating spaces. Again, maybe its my luck is just that cursed at this particular location, but the last half dozen times Ive decided to tempt fate, Ive lost. May the odds be ever in YOUR favor.
