cindy davis We stopped 10 minutes before closing on August 2. Of course, Arbys is Arbys, but all the food was fresh. And the crew was awesome (James and 2 others). No eye roll or complaining, just 100 % awesome service. That is why 5 stars.

Diana Crenshaw This was easily the best fast food burger I’ve had in a very long time! It was served hot and fresh, exactly how I asked for it (light mayo and ketchup and no pickles). The meat tasted well prepared and fresh and the toppings were perfect. Bacon was crispy and cheese slightly melted.The tater tots were warm, crispy and perfectly salted. The cherry limeade is spot on. The service was with a smile and this Sonic outdid themselves! The food was awesome and super happy we stopped in for food on our long road trip across country! Way to go Sonic.

James Black My wife and I have been to many Taco Bells in our day and this one is among the finest we’ve been to. It feels like the staff set out to have the best service of any Taco Bell in the world - and they just might. The staff kindly greeted us when we walked in and the lady taking our order was courteous throughout, recommending things she enjoyed as well as some staff favorites. All around a 10/10 Taco Bell experience.

FullTime X2 Love me some golden chick. The Lotta zing sauce is amazing and the spicy Lotta zing seasoning is excellent on these chicken strips. I have stopped at this location twice and both times could not go inside to order. When your in an oversized vehicle you cannot exactly go through the drive through. This last time we walked up during the day and was surprised the inside was closed. A lady came up and slapped a "drive through only sign" on the door and wouldnt acknowledge us standing there at the door. We waited in the drive through standing there and the other girl did help us. When I asked her why the inside is closed she said because they are short staffed. I saw a cook leaning against the wall literally doing nothing the whole time we were there and another lady filling the orders. Three employees. Maybe Im wrong but that was enough for us to run a taco bell back in my days. Enough to run a burger joint back in my days. Not sure if its just laziness or what but someone needs to take note of this. And the fact that we tapped on the door for the lady to help us and she just walked off like screw you was not coop. Other issue is they didnt get our order right so we had to go back to get it corrected. Also the first time we went they were out of Lotta zing sauce and salads. Also didnt have sweet tea. Ill try staying away from this location in particular as I have never had bad experiences at other golden chick locations.

Sarah Mersnick Awesome quick stop. The bacon cheeseburger and fries were awesome! Bathroom could use a lot of attention. Staff was unbelievably friendly and attentive. Recommend. Better that a big chain fast food.

Alyssa Shattuck we are traveling, and had some car issues. they were super friendly and very willing to help and go out of their way to accommodate people in need that we’re not locals. we ended up stuck at this location for 3 days while we tried to figure out a way to salvage our vehicle and we were unable to. they didn’t have an issue with us being there trying to figure out our situation. ALL the staff was doing what they could to help in any sort of way be it by helping us with food, letting us cool off in the store, trying to help with the vehicle even pushing the vehicle out of the main service area so we weren’t blocking the customers getting us water so we stayed hydrated as we’re not from texas so this heat was killing us. if i could give more than one 5 star review i would. 10/10 recommend this store to anyone

Silke H. Great restaurant! Stopped in for breakfast on our way to Dallas. This is a family restaurant and the service was great. The food was plentiful, and the price was fair. This is not fancy food, this is the breakfast your granny makes you when you come to visit.

Juan Zabala Awesome little food trailer and great people running it. Ive been getting my menudo fix every weekend from here. And dont sleep on their breakfast burritos either. I havent had the chance to try there lunch items as I work nights, but im sure its just as good. If your in/passing through Childress, TX, go get you some.

Jim Sometimes you need a hot pizza fix so I stopped in for a quick bite. Pepperoni hot a delicious, it hit the spot.

Nivedita Veeramanigandan It’s a small town restaurant and the food here was very nice. But there were very limited vegetarian options. Definitely recommend for a quick-stop in Childress

Jerri Half I ordered the pastor plate. My partner got beef enchiladas .The portions were generous and tasty. We also ordered chips and salsa. The salsa, while tasty, was more along the lines of the broth a Mexican shrimp cocktail is in. We ended up getting the salsas out of the salsa bar and dipped the great chips (fresh, thin, and crisp) in those. The refried beans and rice tasted authentic and not out of some box or packet. The restaurant is not fancy on the inside but the help was friendly. Our meals were served on disposable plates, but that that had no bearing on the flavor or quality of the meals - which for a town the size of Childress was a pleasant surprise.
