The food is always delicious, the wait staff are beyond awesome, I gave a 2 star on atmosphere because when I walk into a restaurant and everything is slammed to where your staff cant even breathe . All the tables are dirty. No bus person. The waitress held her own today, thats for sure. In fact which I thought of doing, but you had some very nice customers bus all the tables in the restaurant. I didnt do it because I was fixing to eat fear of cross contamination. I have been in the restruant buisiness my whole life. If you have a way to cook at a bigger capacity instead of one ticket at a time and turn tables. Waitress making trips count. Training is a must. You could turn your business around to bigger success. I set there and watched customers walk out the door. There is no reason for that. One of your customers found a hair in their food. Not good. Hats or hair nets. As a owner you either need a manager or you should be on site. I truly felt bad for all of your staff today. They should not have to work in that type of situation. You got something good going for you hire help and be good to them. I guess you can call in a order and eat inside, some customers walked in and had their order in 5 mins. Kinda made me think.
