Jugghead McKinzie Very friendly and helpful people. Patient as we had questions and tried to get a grasp of the menu as everything on it sounds so good!!! Ill sum it up like this... Brisket = awesome Brisket pastrami = out of this world! Try all the sauces!!!! And dont forget to finish off with some nanas puddin or the brownie cookie with ice cream. Even better get both!

Brandon Miller I’ve been to Parker’s in Springfield 100s of times I go often before and after work sometimes. Tonight I went to Parker’s in Springfield and had the best service ever. I know it’s only a gas station but the girl Ash J. ( I think that’s her name) was amazing. I picked up the wrong drink and she even walked to the freezer for me to get the correct one. She was super nice, patient and sweet and it was busy. I go there often and everyone is nice but she was so nice I thought I should share the great job she did.

Stephanie Gray First off, how cute is this place! The dinosaurs and decorations are awesome! I had a wildly different experience from what others have mentioned. I took my husband to try Rolling Alley for lunch today. The process was so simple. We walked up to an order screen, found the menu (with photos) and ordered. We also paid at the tablet and got both a text and a number. We looked around and then walked in. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a sweet young lady who gave us the rundown. While looking around the owner (I think) came over and welcomed us and let us know that he was around if we needed anything at all. The place was impeccably clean. There was a pretty good-sized crowd forming. We waited maybe 15 mins and our food came out. I cannot speak on the prices because I don’t know their costs but I feel they are aligned with most food truck prices. Also cannot speak about the other restaurants as we only ordered from this one. Rolling Alley, nailed it! We got the Bros-and-Bowls and a Scary Roller. They were both fantastic! Whatever you have seasoned your chicken with in the bowl might be my new favorite thing!!!! Please don’t change it. We brought home a few rolls, too. All in all, great service, great food and great atmosphere. Thanks all!

Shaiyah Foster Last time eating at this particular Wendys. I could handle the cold food and the somewhat rude employees. But hair in my food is where I draw the line. Received my food and almost done with my burger when I pull out a long strand of brown hair. For reference, I have dark curly hair. This Wendys always has something wrong with it, missing food, condiments, wrong items, and its ALWAYS cold. I understand that it may be majority teenagers working here, but thats no excuses for poor service and quality. I didnt force them to get the job so I shouldnt have to deal with their issues because theyre unhappy. You may not be able to see the hair clearly in the photo I took, but my point still stands.

Travis Bizzle I had the taco Pizza and it is off the chart!! Staff here is super friendly. I will definitely be stopping in here more often!!

jesse blount Was passing through and spotted this afternoon spot. Cowboy burger was awesome. Huge lounge outdoor area with artificial grass for those flip flopping it and large family with tots. Noticed also its non alcoholic atmosphere so no childish adults acting up. Great experience

Michelle Traynham We usually love getting food from here but tonight was terrible. Placed and online order for pickup. Walked in 20 minutes later to a lobby with 12 people waiting & no one at the register. Waited 45 minutes & was never acknowledged by anyone. When someone finally came up front to hand out some orders they only read our names & gave food. Never addressed the room to at least explain the wait. Others came in & left while people that Placed orders online Waited behind me, also being ignored. This post is simply to complain about the poor customer service. I understand they were busy & probably understaffed; but it is very easy to simply announce to the room that they are running behind. And maybe check the ready cabinet & se if anyone is there for food that was waiting instead of only calling out new orders. My food sat for over an hr before they finally spoke to me & gave me my waiting food.

PandaMonk 1215 We’ve been getting Chinese here for years! At least once a month we will indulge. The food is consistently good, made quickly, and the order has always been correct. The service is fast and kind, too. I can’t say much about the inside because we always get our food to go. We plan on eating here for many more years to come!
