George Veronica L “Roni Louise or Weezy” My Son shared with me about this restaurant. We ordered their double bacon cheese burgers, and their turkey club sandwich. It was good to eat somewhere different. The food was good, and the service was excellent. The employees have a great rhythm going amongst them, from beginning of your order to getting your order. Get there before 11:00. This place gets busy really fast. Try it!

Su S The legend of the “taco pizza”. All of our friends in IL mentioned about this. So we had to tried. We did a road-trip to southern IL and we bought one. Was ok. Taste like taco, but without enough meat. The team at Casey was friendly and nice.

Tabitha Eichelberger Love this place! Professional yet small town friendly atmosphere. The variety of popcorn flavors range from unique to traditional and everything in between. I also love their support of local entrepreneurs. They feature various items from locals including jellies, soda pop, and holiday favorites like chocolate bombs for Christmas and valentines treats! This is a must stop if you are in the Paxton area!

Kathleen Miller Well, this was a lucky find! Driving to Chicago from St. Louis and figured we would grab something to eat on the way. The problem is—there wasn’t much on the way! We didn’t really want fast food, and we were lucky to do a quick Google search and decided to try Pueblo Lindo. We ended up stopping at around 3:00 to have lunch. It definitely wasn’t crowded at that time—but there were a few people there. The menu is extensive—so much to choose from. The chips came out warm and the salsa had just the right amount of heat. We enjoyed those while we read through the menu. We ended up ordering a steak burrito and steak fajitas. They came out fast and delicious! The portions were generous and the food was great. I will bear this in mind for the next time we make this trip! Oh—save 3% and pay cash!

Angela Trevino Came from South Carolina to visit family in Chicago and on our way back home, we stopped here and . . . oh dear . . . Yummm! We ordered the Family Pleaser with a salad, breadsticks, and pizza, and a small spaghetti with meatballs. So good! The Sweet & Tart dressing needs to be sold in the South!

hamamouche yassine The firewood pizza was absolutely delicious , perfectly baked with that authentic smoky flavor. On top of that, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone!

Briana McDade The best restaurant breakfast I have ever had! The food was all high quality and “real” unlike some breakfast places. The portions were also HUGE! I ate the Paxton Skillet and the kiddos had pancakes with eggs, bacon and sausage! Definitely worth the drive! The place was also very clean and well kept for a small place! The waitresses were very friendly. Highly recommend!

Laurie Swatkowski Picked up italian beef for my dad, who is Chicago beef raised. He loved it, compared it to Nickys up north. The portions are generous & priced right. Well be back.

Jon Lopez GreatChinese food! I got the curry shrimp and the flavor was amazing. The portions are quite generous swell. The egg rolls were a bit on the small side but the taste was on point.

Ryan Hill Wow what a fantastic find! This place surprised me and my family with outstanding service and great food. It’s not much to look at on the outside, but don’t let that deceive you. The people are awesome inside and the food is delicious! 5 star experience!
