Jordan Newton My girlfriend and I went here for our anniversary dinner, and while our expectations were high, we both left incredibly impressed and appreciative of the wonderful evening. The staff were all warm, hospitable, and incredibly professional. Our server Danielle did a fantastic job helping my girlfriend navigate the menu with her dietary restrictions in mind. The pacing of the experience was perfect, with plenty of little surprises sprinkled throughout. The food was fantastic. The sweet onion crepe and classic split were two of the best dishes Ive had in my life, with the smoked spaghetti and desserts also being standouts. Overall, a lovely experience made possible by an incredibly talented staff.

Elizabeth Rozier BELIEVE THE HYPE! I attempted to make a reservation here about a month in advance for my boyfriends birthday and I had no luck...I quickly learned that trying to get into Alpen Rose was possibly harder than getting into an Ivy League school, but I opted to be put on a waiting list and to receive notifications via “RESY” if any reservations were canceled and it was sort of like the universe had my back because we had the first snow storm of the season on my boyfriends birthday and there were a few cancelations so I was able to secure a table at the exact time we hoped for!!! This is truly a VIP experience from start to finish. No signage outside of the restaurant ... you must ring a bell and tell whomever opens the sliding wood panel on the door your name and should you have a reservation youre let right in, and should you not have one, youre unfortunately turned away as the restaurant only has 12 tables and 4 bar seats, all of which require reservations. Service is top notch from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. And when you walk in youre blown away by the literal and figurative warmth of the restaurant as its like youre transported back in time into what would be the perfect ambiance for a romantic dinner in a romance novel ... woodwork and chandeliers for days ... cozy plush leather seating ... fire burning grill in the kitchen ... literally the perfect ambiance! We ordered a few cocktails which were made to order and absolutely delicious! I went with the Number 30 and the Number 35 and recommend both. My boyfriend went with their Old Fashioned which he said was one of the best hes had. Bone Marrow Toast, Prawns and Hot Rolls were what we ordered for appetizers and the Dry Aged Strip and Dry Aged Ribeye with Creamed Spinach and the Potato Pancake Stack (thats not the real l name but cant remember what it was actually called lol) was what we ordered for entrees and can I just say that our tastebuds were honestly being seduced because this was some of the most special food weve had in a really long while ... like 5 star special! OMG! And our server who was top notch ended our dinner with surprise Raspberry Sorbet and Mini Pumpkin Pies with candles in them for my boyfriends birthday! Absolutely 100% worth the hype and every penny! We will be back! Even if we have to make the reservation now for June 2026

Cedric Bembry Recently had a date night with my wife at this restaurant and it was an amazing experience. Top notch service as soon as we arrived at the entrance of the Four Seasons. I definitely recommend valet parking (around $45) as it is downtown and parking may be difficult to find. Someone walked us to the elevator and we enjoyed a view of the city on the way to the 60th floor! When the doors opened we were welcomed and enjoyed taking pictures with the beautiful holiday decorations. Had to wait about 20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated but was not disappointed because we had window seats and enjoyed a view of the city while dining. Sam attended to us and was excellent from start to finish! He gave great recommendations, was quick, efficient, and great personality! Food was very good but a bit pricy for the portion size. Overall great experience especially if you want a restaurant that has a beautiful ambiance.

Kara K. Loved the ambience as soon as we stepped in. Didn’t make reservations but was able to find a seat at the bar with no issue. This is a repurposed bank. Vibes were nice. Service was very friendly, food was good. Husband enjoyed his ribeye, and I loved the burrata salad. Good wine list and drink selection. Would return

A R Lacroix is a beautiful restaurant located on the second floor of the Rittenhouse hotel. We had drinks and appetizers at Bar 210 within the restaurant one day as well as breakfast one morning in the main dining room during our weekend stay at the property. The food was great, and the service was excellent during both of our visits!

Elias Montilla-Rad We went to visit Philly for Christmas Eve and we arrived the night before and were so hungry so we google for good restaurants, and guess what? I think we were so lucky to have one of the best restaurants in town. We had to wait because we obviously did not have a reservation but the high cousine food and the service plus the ambience was FIVE Star. We will definitly return when we to Philadelphia next time! Our waitress ASHLEY was the best!!! Thank you! PS It was very closed to this unique Church that we went to see after dinner despite the bitter cold.

jon My family thoroughly enjoyed our recent dining experience @ Fork Restaurant in the Old City section of Philly earlier this month. Abby was our server and was prompt, polite and personable. The vibe was upbeat & energetic. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. Drinks were spot on. The entire staff was attentive & professional. The food was as pleasing to the eye and as it was to the palate. What we envisioned this restaurant to be is exactly what we got~a truly superb experience! We will most definitely be back. Thank you Chef & Staff

Braxton Harris 10 OUT OF 10. As someone whos tried many different upscale and modern restaurants, I havent had my expectations exceeded THIS much by a restaurant. My friend and I came here for my birthday and the food, drinks and service were amazing. We had oysters, grilled sea bass, braised lamb and a complimentary shot of a soup. Im not exaggerating when I say every bite was amazing! Highly recommend.
