Alysia I’m a longtime foodie fan of Uchi and all of the other restaurants associated with it so it was a treat to visit this new Uchiko!
As usual, the food was spectacular. Service was on point - JP took care of us and he was exceptionally knowledgeable and charming. We felt very well cared for. Our sushi chef, Xaviar, was friendly and skilled with the knife - I really enjoyed watching him dishing up hand rolls and he chatted with us as much as possible as the evening got busier and busier on a Saturday night.
We loved every dish we tried. We sampled some items from the happy hour menu, as well as the main menu, and we finished with a cheesecake that was mind blowing.
