Thomas Whitley 5.0 out of 5 stars Exceptional Experience at La Cosecha by Mayahuel! I recently visited La Cosecha by Mayahuel and had an outstanding experience. Salvador, my bartender, was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Fernanda was also very helpful and ensured that our needs were met throughout the evening. We started with the chips and salsa, which were fresh and flavorful. The guacamole was truly fantastic - creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned. Overall, I highly recommend La Cosecha by Mayahuel for its excellent food, exceptional service, and warm atmosphere. Cant wait to return!

Liz Palmer Great service with a view of the river and bridge. Food was excellent. Great atmosphere! I had the Spicy chicken with mashed potatoes and Cajun gravy! Affordable Kids meals served too.

Delaney Bird This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Sacramento. Everyone is always so kind, service is top notch, food and drinks are DELICIOUS. The flavor combinations are always unique and seasonal. I think it’s the best quality to price ratio in Sacramento. My partner and I go pretty often and they make us feel like part of the family. I would especially like to shoutout Tyrone, who always makes the most delicious drinks, even when I ask for all my kooky prohibition-era favorites. But truly, everyone who works at Magpie is so wonderful. I highly recommend their beet salad, burger, BLT, duck skin toast (when they have it), miso radishes, and honestly any special they have is always 10/10 (they had this insane banh mi/yorkshire pudding mashup that was life changing). Check it out if you somehow haven’t been!

Theresa Leininger What an amazing little gem of a place! We found this restaurant on Instagram, and it did not disappoint! It is a little crowded inside, and once you get past that, youre set. The service was superb, the recommendations were spot on, and the food was delicious! I will DEFINITELY be going back!!

Jasmine Lambert It was my first time trying out Melt and let me tell you they have the best burgers and fries in Sac! Everything was fresh and tasty. I got the original melt burger with garlic Parmesan fries and my uncle got the impossible shroom burger with fries. Their customer service was top tier! Tim and Remy made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a free desert cookie. Also the place was very clean and plenty of seating . I see why they are at 4.8 on Google because it shows in their positive attitude and their delicious food of course! I will definitely eat here again :).

Jen Knight This place had really excellent food. Not as wide a variety as south, but hit the spot and there was no bougie line. Love the seating options, good place for large party or family style dinner. Fried chicken was solid, catfish also good. Mac and cheese had a unique flavor, and DO NOT miss that cornbread. It came as a kind of pancake and was sooo delicious. Definitely would come again!

Joseph Gambino What a delightful brunch experience! The prices are higher than others but well worth every penny. Excellent foot and drinks! Highly recommend the French Dip and the Lox platter. The bloody Mary was also perfect! This is our second visit for brunch and third visit all together and none have disappointed .

jamie hart This place was amazing. The best club sandwich I’ve ever had. My partner got the chicken fried steak and eggs and we were both so impressed. We shared a slice of French toast and it melted in our mouths. The food quality was top notch. Even the to go box was quality and not plastic. The music was just the right volume to enjoy and still have a conversation. The art and murals were incredible. I can tell that this place was very intentional with everything that they do. It was absolutely delicious with a full bar. I am very picky and not easy to please when it comes to food and this place blew my mind. I can’t wait to go back.

Anthony Ortiz Heard that this new place recently took over the old Pampas location and decided to give it a try. The food and service was amazing. The servers were quick and easy to talk to. The lunch specials are amazingly cheap and kind of unbelievable. They also give state employees an additional discount!! The food was amazing and the quality of it was excellent. My favorite thing was the full salad bar and the grilled pineapple. The salad bar was packed with almost anything you can think of. I will definitely be coming back to this place and be highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and time.

Jason Martinez Man, a little hidden gem in Old Sac. Definitely a dive bar with some sticky floors and weird lighting but dang if that burger wasn’t one of the best things I ever ate in Sacramento! Got the spicy guac burger with Negra Modelo. Highly recommend. Patty was cooked to perfection. Charred edges without the whole patty being burnt. Healthy portion of guac. Definitely did not skimp on burger portions. Sooo delicious. Fries were great too. The bartender taking orders was great too. Shoutout to the bearded guy in the Raiders hat. Wish I got his name but he was hustling like crazy but was on top of it. Awesome service! Overall definitely recommend this spot! It might be surrounded by touristy shops but this is a truly good spot!

thegardengazer The Lobster taco was juicy and delicious, accompanied by a tasty salsa on the side. The calamari was also crunchy and delicious. However, I was not impressed with the fish and fries. There were more fries than fish. Despite this, the friendly staff and exceptional service made the experience enjoyable. The restaurant’s unique and impressive vibe is truly one-of-a-kind. I wish the outdoor chairs and tables were more comfortable.

nfin8rider First time coming here after watching Tik-Tok food reviews. The establishment is limited on seating, mainly along the walls, so to-go is ideal when ordering. My wife and I were lucky enough to get the only table that sits 2 not against the wall. The staff is very friendly and the service was great! My wife had the Lichon Kawali and I had the Sisig plate. We also had Calamansi & Mango drinks. The food is very delicious and filled us up enough for us to have left overs. I definitely recommend this place!
