Monte Reed The name of the restaurant now is called El Taquila. It is fantastic. The guy, I think his name is Samuel, that runs it, really knows what he is doing. I just posted some pictures of the steaks we ordered. 10 Ribeyes. They were awesome!!! Cooked to absolute perfection. If his other food wasnt so good , I would tell him to be a steak restaurant! Sorry Paducah steak places....you just arent keeping up. Head to Metropolis to El Taquila Mexican Restaurant, next door to Sonic and across from Fort Massac State Park. By the way, at the time of this posting, that steak dinner was $12.99!!!! Yeah! And now its Feb. 2nd, 2022, and we just got another steak. It was STILL cooked to perfection by the same man! I wanted to add this reposting because it was so good. Im not sure, but I think the prices went up a dollar. With the price of beef at the store, its cheaper to let them cook you one!

Kt Forester I have been to this Sonic a ridiculous amount of times lately. They have a double smash burger that I cant get enough of! But what really makes a great meal is the service, and everyone is so nice here! Consistent A+ service, thank you so much! Be sure to tip your carhops, everybody! They are working hard to give you good food fast, and its always done with a smile! Sorry I dont have a photo of the smashburger, every time I get one, I devour it like a heathen. I dont have time to take a pic because its that good and I cant wait!

Erika F Absolutely delicious food! We had the spaghetti and (huge, super yummy) meatball… fettuccini Alfredo (delicious sauce)… two small pizzas and cheesy garlic bread (yummmm). The pizzas were tied for the best we’ve ever had - delicious dough, sauce, cheese and toppings. Service was great. Prices are very reasonable. Please excuse my pics - we were pretty much full when I thought how I needed to review this awesome place. Highly highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!

Christina Lexie did an excellent job when I went in to grab biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Food was hot and very good and fast service. Coffee was ready and good.

Brianna Moore Friendly staff and good food. The bar was stocked and the food freshly cooked. It was decent priced as well definitely will come back again

Zack Olson BOMB. Me and bro came up from TN to get some of the sticky icky from the dispo. We boxed in the car before coming in, AND LET ME TELL YOU, that is the best place to be when the munchies hit. The salsa and chips were definitely better than most places, tho the chip were a bit thin and broke easily they were very flavorful. The chimichangas I got were perfectly seasoned and fried. The beans and rice were what you’d usually expect. The guacamole they give with the plate was to die for. You can taste each vegetable and seasoning that went in, and it is balanced so well! Definitely made fresh. The service was reasonable, and wait time was actually pleasantly quick. The whole atmosphere, inside and out , screamed that this would be a great and authentic Mexican experience, and I definitely feel I was not deceived. Will be back next zaza trip. Would give more stars if I could.

Family Account Adgate The food here was fantastic. The chips and salsa they put out after youre seated were great. The chips were light and crispy and the salsa was home made. I had the beef chimichanga and it was amazing. The fried burrito, rice, and refried beans. It was a large plate of food and I scarfed it down. Well definitely be back.

Alnette Smith Its been a long time since we ate at a Quiznos. Since we were in town, we decided to have that for brunch and it did not disappoint! The staff were very nice, kind and respectful. We ordered the chicken carbonara, ham and swiss as well as a kids ham and cheese sandwich. They were all made perfectly and tasted really good.

Adrian Cozy little restaurant right next to Quality Inn if youre staying there. 4 chicken quessadilas with a side for 10 bucks is a great price. The burger was good too. A lot of foods are named after Superman.

Marie Dana (WI - MN - TN) So much more than a fast casual barbecue joint. Their peel-n-eat shrimp are served immediately and make the perfect appetizer. We had a long wait and were able to get a beer at the bar while we moved through the line. And their food was amazing, from their chicken to their hot dogs!

Emily Krause A very nice mom and pop place. Food was fresh and delicious. Cost wise was more than reasonable for a family of 4 $50. Facility was nice and clean as well. Definitely had that small hometown feel.

Marlboro Marty Of course this is an expensive restaurant. But I figured since the casino was nice enough to allow trucks to park in their parking lot, I should at least patronize their restaurant. I was going to order steak, but cheaped out and ordered pasta. I was amazed how good it was. The chicken breast was cooked to perfection. The sauce was unique but excellent. I wish there was more pasta, but it was enough. If they can cook chicken like that, I imagine their steaks are amazing.
