Very nice kind people and their sushi is a must have!! The chef is amazing as well. Too bad we do not live nearby or else we would be regulars here. Eli Matos Very Cozy and Clean Restaurant. Delicious Food and Great Drinks! Cafe Colao (Freshly Brewed Coffee) was amazing! Must check this diamond in the rough. Friendly and attentive staff. From the outside you cant tell its a full blown restaurant/ bar. Once inside you will be shocked on the space area. Free off street parking. Very spacious and roomy inside. Large Bar with plenty of stools to sit and sip. They do not currently take cards for payment. CashApp or Zelle payments only.

Sunny Jo On Thursday, I had one of the best meals of my life at Carvers Reserve in Hazleton. This restaurant is exactly what Hazleton has needed for a long time—a high-end experience at a very reasonable price. Finally, we have a place where you can enjoy a delicious meal or relax at a beautifully designed bar, feeling completely safe and at ease. Walking in, you feel as if youve been transported to Las Vegas or Miami. The restaurant is stunning, with a spacious bar and elegant design throughout. Now, let’s talk about the food. The menu has a wide variety of options catering to every palate, from the finest cuts of steak to seafood, burgers, and chicken sandwiches—theres truly something for everyone. I ordered the tomahawk steak, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked with a flavor that was simply incredible. For dessert, I indulged in the peanut butter pie while my wife enjoyed the baked banana Alaska, and both were absolutely heavenly. The standout aspect of Carvers Reserve is the staff. They are warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Their attention to detail is remarkable, particularly from one of the managers, Eric, whose dedication to service is unparalleled and evident throughout the restaurant. Everything here is executed flawlessly, and they strive for nothing less than perfection. I wish this establishment all the best, and I highly encourage everyone to check it out if youre looking for a fantastic social spot with an unforgettable meal. I’d give it 10 stars!

Briz Collects The food was great, we got a little bit of everything. Tacos, pizza, Stromboli and then some lol Everything was delicious and there was no complaints about the food. The service was great a gentleman named Kevin was cool to talk to and served us gracefully! The spot has a few seats as well so if you want to grab a quick bite you can. Go to mandos and dont hesitate to order anything!

Jeff Jipson Traveling and was looking for a place to eat & was thinking fast food to keep on driving and saw this place. Was worth the stop. We were kindly greeted and seated. Me yes given and brought drinks. Also brought out some crispy wonton and a dipping sauce. Portion sizes were perfect for us! VERY HOT (temperature wise) when they brought it out! Good flavor! To me a bit too sweet. But better than many places. Building is a bit older & could use a bit of updating. But very nice service & food. Would return.

Nichole Trovitch We got our food from door dash so I can’t comment on the restaurant experience but I am giving a 5 star on the food alone. We got a square pie which was very good although the cut was extremely uneven. We also got a cheesesteak Stromboli and that was very good as well. My biggest reason for the 5 star review is the penne ale vodka. When we travel I try to look for restaurants who have it. I have tried many many different versions and this one was absolutely in my top 3! If you are a fan of this type of dish, do yourself a favor and get this one! We also recently met the owner at an award ceremony and he was very nice! I would highly recommend this place! Well done Alta!

Derek Roes Great food and service. Only been there twice but will definitely be back every time we are in town. I don’t know her name but we had the same bartender both times and she was great. She was even dressed up as a bear for Halloween! Highly recommend for a quick bite or a few drinks.
