1.Piada Italian Street Food

Kristi Patel CARBONARA PASTA WITH HOT CHICKEN That hot chicken is spicy! We loved it lol but know it’s not like most “spicy chicken” it has chili oil and it’s delicious but if you’re thinking it’s like a spicy sandwich from somewhere else, it’s more potent. Like spice? Do it! BASIL PESTO PASTA This was yummy! And we added crispy chicken. And had calamari as an appetizer. All good! If you are not huge eaters and can eat the same thing, the regular size bowl will be enough for 2 and if you just want a small portion for yourself and do not want leftovers, do a smaller bowl.

Chetan Salian Begin my review with a huge shoutout to Cade! Not only did he put us at ease as this was our first visit here but when we mixed up on our order he so sweetly corrected it and got us exactly what we had wanted and ordered in the first place! Just to be clear I am looking forward to coming back just for the human interaction with Cabe and other staff as they were all so courteous and friendly! Next about the ambience : it was unusually warm for a winter eve, so we decided to sit out in the patio and boy did we thoroughly enjoy watching the sunsets over the horizon - some deep pink colors amongst others! Finally about the food- we were blown away by the quality AND quantity of food in each dish we ordered. We started off with some chilled beers and half order of Fried Green Tomatoes which were made so well! Next we ordered the Sweet n Heat burger which we got split in half to share. The burger was perfectly medium rare and a huge portion with some real crispy fries. We were full by the time we finished our portions But We had also ordered the Pot Roast with Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes n Gravy, again split to share! Delectable as it was, we were overstuffed by then, so we decided to take most of it as to go to relish the next day. Do note - all the splits were free and provided with a smile ! We are definitely coming back as we heard they make a wonderful Blackened Chicken Alfredo with pasta but only served as a special on some weekends! Anyway all their dishes are fresh, tasty and in huge portions and priced very correctly so hardly a reason not to return!

Nok Koster The Broken Yolk Café has officially landed in McKinney, and wow—they’re already bustling! From the moment you take your first bite, you know it’s totally worth it. Everything they serve is spot-on: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and flavors that feel like a warm hug from the inside. Whether you’re craving breakfast, brunch, or a satisfying lunch, they’ve got you covered—and they do it exceptionally well. The patio is a total bonus! Sunny vibes, cute photo spots, and maybe even a chance for a doggie cameo. It’s the kind of space that makes you want to sit, sip, snack, and linger just a little longer. Highly recommend!

FredRogers17 We were seated in the back near the kitchen. There’s also a bar and outdoor patio for seating. Our server, Francine was excellent, very attentive and kind. She suggested the Empanadas to start which were very tasty. The wine of tap was chilled and delicious. The burger was ok and the salmon portion was generous. The staff wants to deliver the best dinning experience for you, so make sure you tell them what you need. We will be back.

Jenu CAVA at this location is one of the best I’ve visited. The service was friendly, and the portions were generous, which made the meal feel worth the price. I had the steak + harissa bowl, and it was really delicious with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The place was clean and had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Everything felt well-prepared and served with care. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back again.

Scott Vierck II Crazy cool vibe at Tupps. We have been to Local Yocal before, but never thought to head next door to Tupps. Beer is great, tons of outdoor seating, and places to sit indoors have mismatched chairs and tables for a unique atmosphere. Whole place feels very Texas. Pictures are of the loaded fries, smash burger, and a Winter lager, with some of the seating for illustration. Fries are better than the chips if you are trying to pick one or the other!

7.Keke’s Breakfast Cafe

Address: 8701 W University Dr Suite 490, McKinney, TX 75071

(674) user ratings total:

Suresh Garg A brand new breakfast place with an excellent service. Shout out to the cheerful wait staff and the manager. We had a good experience.. walked in hungry , walked out satisfied. Coffee was good and so was the wrap. If I had to call out one dish, it was the potatoes. Either offer hash browns or tots, or provide an option to not serve potatoes and reduce the price! Will definitely go back!

kayla ford Omg the food is so good. My personal favorite is the oxtail and jollof rice! The gravy is good, the meat is tender, and the rice has a good spice. You can most definitely tell that whoever is in the kitchen knows what they’re doing. The portions are great and the staff is very friendly. I’ve ordered two nights in a row, I would definitely recommend ❤️ (the picture below is after I ate enough out the food to fit it all inside of one container)

10.Piada Italian Street Food

Address: 4030 W University Dr STE 400, McKinney, TX 75071

Rai Wang We ordered a Chef’s Favorite Roll, a Carbonara Pasta with rigatoni and grilled chicken in regular size, and a kid’s meal Chicken Fingers. The portion sizes were impressive and very generous for the price. The Chef’s Favorite Roll was big, flavorful, and had a little kick of spice that made it extra delicious. The Carbonara Pasta was rich and creamy and well-seasoned. Even the Chicken Fingers were freshly made, hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Overall, Piada Italian Street Food served a tasty meal with great portions and quality ingredients. It was a satisfying choice for both adults and kids.

Katharine M. Had an excellent lunch at Chop Shop today! We ordered the Cobb and Mustang Sally salads and both were fantastic. The portions were large and a great deal for the price. Our server, Bailey, was attentive and friendly. The patio was perfect for this mild day and would be nice to be on for one of the Hub 121 concerts since it backs to the side of the stage. We will absolutely be back!
