Brandon Plutino Now ive had a few mushroom burgers in seattle and greater areas. Id say they are one of the best. I say that because they all are good in their own way... but i would definitely choose this juicy mushroom burger with obviously fresh veggies, prepared quickly and cooked perfectly, made to order with as the owner says it "PASSION" This food trailer in Lakewood happened to be across the street from my jobsite so I gave it a try. Owned by a very friendly husband and wife with some serious SKILLS behind a flat top. TREE BOSS recommends that you GET YOU SOME!

4.The Office Bar & Grill On Pacific Avenue

Address: 813 Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA 98402

Jason Scott The bartenders are fantastic and friendly. The ones that have been there a while are pros I’ve never had bad service. It’s a mixture of people and I’ve only been there once late night, where it’s a whole different scene and usually packed. I think they raised prices recently but what place hasn’t. Best bar food in Tacoma.

Gabriel 5/5 This restaurant ticked all of the boxes. My fiance made reservations for a date night, and it was incredible. We ordered the crab bisque and we were blown away. It was complex and hardy, utterly delicious. I ordered the lasagna which was amazing but she ordered the ragu, and I wish I had ordered the same. Incredible. Service was fantastic; attentive and pleasant. I absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a romantic and intimate dinner with someone special.

6.Le Sel Bistro

Rolland Nelson A superb place for an anniversary dinner or for someone you want to impress. Le Sel Bistro could easily be overlooked while strolling down the street. However, doing so would mean missing out on some remarkable cuisine. We ordered the BTA and as someone who considers themselves an Eggs Benedict aficionado, I can attest that their sauces are spot on, and created from scratch. Additionally, we tried the Le Sal Burger with Bacon Jam, ranking this near the top of my favorite burgers as well. The venue is compact and tends to fill up quickly, I feel this contributed to the outstanding service we experienced. Also noticed a few intriguing pieces of artwork adorning the walls, though I believe they could benefit from a few more...

7.Miró Tapas

Address: 1502 Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA 98402

(75) user ratings total:

Blake S Miró Tapas offers a lively and flavorful dining experience with standout dishes and cocktails. The Spanish Daisy cocktail is a perfect start—refreshing with just the right kick. The coffee-crusted beef is rich and tender, while the bacon-wrapped stuffed dates are sweet, salty, and delicious. Both the chicken entree and the vegetable paella are beautifully cooked, bursting with wonderful taste and aroma. What really makes the experience special is the waiters walking by with small plates of tapas, inviting you to try new things you might not have ordered—making the meal fun, interactive, and full of delightful surprises. Highly recommended for anyone who loves sharing and savoring a variety of flavors.

Pearl Lee Its been a while since I reviewed Side Piece Kitchen and I wanted to share that they have consistently have been superb each visit. I got really excited for the last week of Augusts specials as they were nostalgia blasts featuring dirt cup cheesecakes and teriyaki dippers which were my favorite thing to get in my school lunches. I had to practically beg my boyfriend to go and eventually just told him that they had a cosmic brownie cheesecake and he started telling me to get ready to go. We had an event to go to at 11am and arrived around 9:30-40amish and there was a line out the door but the staff here are always on point in ensuring there isnt too long of wait that we were efficient on time and able to dine in (we were ready to eat on the way up). The food was absolutely delicious, never had a bad experience here. I absolutely loved the presentation of the lunch meal and the teriyaki dippers were fantastic. My friend tried the Baca and said it was fantastic too! I also love that they have a fun T-shirt design contest and look forward to seeing the top three best designs. Its incredible how these guys are always able to come up with amazing specials, friendly service, and offer just great vibes with each visit. I feel like we visit them at least once a month, and honestly if I could I would try to come every week. We appreciate that they have a dog friendly patio. As a long time supporter of Side Piece Kitchen, I am so glad they are local, supportive of the community and small businesses, serve truly some of the best food in the country, and are just overall amazing people.

Genisis Stanley We came in around 7:40 after calling at 7:30, a I was extremely worried since the website said they close at 8. I never want to be that guest who keeps the team late, so we made sure to ask multiple times if it was okay and that we wouldn’t be upsetting the kitchen by coming in close to closing. Every single person we spoke to especially the host team was incredibly kind and welcoming. They reassured us and made us feel completely comfortable about coming in. When we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and seated right away with edamame and water. I started asking for menu recommendations, and Kamalani went above and beyond! She shared several options, described each dish in detail, and clearly knew the menu inside and out. She wasn’t even our server, but she absolutely deserves recognition for her attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm. I’d love to see her as a server next time we dine here! Our server, Genevieve, was equally wonderful friendly, knowledgeable, and on point with her timing and recommendations. The entire team worked together everyone was attentive without being intrusive. The food itself was excellent. Our ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare, flavorful, and definitely a high-quality cut. Every dish we ordered was balanced. A great sense of professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The Woven team really hit the mark tonight, and we’ll absolutely be back. The ribeye will definitely be our go-to every visit!

Brant Powers Absolutely loved our experience at Rosewood Cafe! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what truly made our visit exceptional was our server, Caleb. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our meal perfect. Caleb’s recommendations were spot-on, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend Rosewood Cafe, especially if you get Caleb as your server! Five stars all the way!

Jake Baxter Visited Tacoma for the first time and a friend who lives close by recommended that we eat lunch at Dukes Seafood. Awesome location right over the water with beautiful views. Server was super friendly and helpful in deciding what to eat. We ended up going with the triple chowder sampler which includes small portions of clam chowder, lobster chowder, and seafood chowder. The lobster chowder was creamy and the sweet potato flavor was a pleasant surprise. For the main course I chose the stuffed halibut and went with the servers suggestion to add a side of stuffed prawns. Both had a Parmesan crust which added a crunch and depth of flavor to the excellent cook of the proteins. The pesto accent was the proverbial icing on the cake. A memorable combination of flavors and fresh seafood! Highly recommended!!

David W Great Mom and Pop in a nice neighborhood. I found this place from a Google search. Was highly rated. We got there an hour after they opened and it took about 20 minutes to get a seat. Wasnt a bad wait. Typical small business atmosphere and was very busy. They were offering their breakfast menu. Our server was pleasant and cheerful. It didnt take long to get our order and the potions were very generous. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs with sausage gravy. We also had French toast and bacon (sausage) and eggs. The chicken fried steak was awesome with the gravy but I could eat only one of the patties (too full). Everyone loves their meals. Thank you
