Melissa Cook Wow this place was so good. Visited El Salvador as a teen on a mission trip when I was put on to the gospel of papusas. Ordered the 2 papusa combo... Waiting for food, they bring you a plate of chips with beans on top. OH MY GOODNESS! THOSE BEANS ARE SO GOOD. MY FOOD came out and it was on and cracking. So flavorful, succulent and fresh. Piping hot and generous portions for $16.19 so worth it. Im rarely in WOODLAND but saved this location as a favorite for next time. Chefs kiss.

Armand Lattizori Menudo everyday all winter, maybe just weekends in the summer and its excellent, choice of with or without corn and pigs foot. Prices are super reasonable. Had a chance to chat with the owner hes been in the biz for decades and is very passionate about his food. Super nice people this is the kind of local place you want in your town. They do a mixture of American and Mexican so theres pancakes and eggs, biscuits and gravy as well as all your Mexican favorites. Im from Clearlake but this will be my regular stop when cruising through. Stop in you wont be disappointed!

Elisabeth McKinsey The interior was pretty and charming! I loved the rustic feel but it was clean. The back patio looked lovely, although that is not where I dined. I enjoyed my appetizer and meal, food was delicious! Our server was great, it did take a little bit of time to place our order and receive our check. Overall, great experience!

Thamires Regis Amazing food, authentic Mexican cuisine, so full of flavors. We tried the Shrimp plater and the Sopes and we highly recommend. The drinks were also great, specifically the Mexican Mule. But the best thing about this place is the service, all workers are friendly and helped us to learn more about the menu. A special shout out to Angelica for her wonderful service today.

Now, the food — absolutely stellar. I ordered the aguachile verde, tostadas de ceviche de camarón, and the molcajete mixto, and each dish blew me away. The aguachile had just the right amount of heat, with super fresh shrimp and crisp cucumber slices soaking in a tangy, spicy marinade. The ceviche tostadas were packed high with flavor and had that ideal balance of lime, onion, and seafood. The molcajete came sizzling hot and loaded with shrimp, octopus, and other seafood treasures — it’s a must-try if you’re really hungry or sharing with someone. The staff was friendly, attentive, and happy to offer recommendations. Service was quick, and everything came out fresh. I also appreciated how clean and organized the place was, which is always a big plus when it comes to seafood spots. Prices are more than fair for the portion sizes and freshness. Veronica Silva Flamita de Oaxaca serves amazing tacos with great service! We tried the Al Pastor, carne asada, and lengua, and each one was packed with flavor. We also had the Vampiros, which were just as delicious. It was our first time here, but we’re definitely coming back. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Oleg Burbel Habit is always way to go. I come here every once in a while, always enjoy their sandwiches, charburgers, salads, smoothies. They make them super fast, always ready before my pick up time.
