Yaisah Granillo If you’re on the road looking to get gas, food, and a dog park then this is it! The dog park area was really clean and spacious perfect for your dog to stretch their legs and go potty. There is a Subway store inside if you’re hungry and plenty of gas pumps but it does get busy.

Jason McGee This historical place is a sight to see! We only came here to try the restaurant but now we have to come back and spend the night in the hotel. From the moment we walked into the courtyard, we were amazed at the beauty. So we just had to sit outside. The food was good. My wife had the "Chipotle Raspberry Porkchop," and when I say it was delicious, I mean it was DELICIOUS! Wow, it was good. I had the "Pistachio Fried Steak." It was fried really good. However, I found the gravy too plain, so I added some hot sauce that my wife keeps in her purse. We hope to try some of the other items next time. Our servers were awesome. I heard theres another historic hotel built by the same guy in Marfa, Texas. Hmmm....

The perfect place to stop to eat when youre on a road trip, very small place but youre welcome and served by a very nice lady, the food is homemade the kind is your meal away from home; I tried the Chorizo and eggs plate and it was great! theres a little waiting because its prepared as ordered and theres only 5 tables but its worth the try. If you pass by Van Horn and youre hungry Moms Kitchen is a must stop.

Steve Shimonek We stopped at Gilberts in Van Horn Tx for lunch while passing through and were quite pleased. I had the red flat enchiladas and my wife had chicken flats. Both were EXCELLENT. The house made salsa was some of the best Ive ever had, and the service was great.i highly recommend this place.

Jeff Huepenbecker My friend and I came in to eat after a full day of hiking in Guadalupe Mountains National Park. This cafe did not disappoint. We were immediately greeted by the staff with a warm welcome. They were friendly and provided quick, fantastic service. They anticipated our needs every step along the way. The food was absolutely amazing! I ordered the beef enchiladas which were full of flavor and hot! I would highly recommend the Broadway Cafe.

sharif rahimtoola I didnt have high hopes. McDonalds is usually an emergency/last resort stop for me. I was expecting the usual attitude, poor service, and standard food. The food was as expected. McDonalds is usually consistent. The service was surprising. I was actually treated to smiling faces and good morning greetings! Everyone working there was smiling and seemed happy to be there. I cant explain how much better that makes an experience for a customer.

Jose Del Val Just the place to stop and eat!!! Driving home from San Antonio and was hungry. Found this gem of place here in Van Horn. Makes me wish I lived closer. The pizza delicious, as was the cesar salad. What a great find!

Billie Jean This is the second time Ive placed an order on the Wendys app for this location. The entire crew are so helpful and very kind!! They always take the time to make sure i have everything i need. Not to mention my food was so fresh (nuggets and fries). As someone who travels, and eats out at many different fast food places, this is my favorite because of the workers! Thank you !!

Galaxie Solutions LLC We absolutely loved this place! We stayed here both on our way to visit family and the trip back home (a half way point for us)and was recommended to us by family. It is such a charming place. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It is and old building that has been very well remodeled while still keeping its old west charm. Love that they are dog friendly. Rooms were very, very clean. Beds were ultra comfortable and quality bedding. We had a king bed suite type room. Dinner which was delicious. The ground prime rib cheeseburger was the best burger Ive ever had and the fries were outstanding. Had an El Capitan Old Fashioned which was delicious. You will want to arrive early (we were there on a Saturday evening) because it was super busy. Service was a little slow but our server was super nice the food was so great that it didnt matter to us. Breakfast offers a decent variety but it is serve yourself. Lots of options; waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, cereal, breads, juices etc... Would definitely stay here again.
