Elfrida Toska Mio Gusto Italian Cuisine has become my go-to restaurant, and it continues to impress me every time I visit. This family-owned spot has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the owners are always respectful, friendly, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated : cozy, stylish, and inviting. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable, whether you’re dining with family or enjoying a quiet meal. I ordered the salmone alla champagne, and it was exceptional , perfectly cooked and full of rich flavor. My son had a cheese pizza, and it tasted just like the authentic pizzas you’d find in Italy. And I have to mention the tiramisu . It’s the best you can find in the DFW area. It’s housemade, incredibly fresh, and absolutely delicious. The quality of the food is consistently top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable for what you receive. Mio Gusto is truly the best Italian restaurant in the area. Excellent food, wonderful service, and a welcoming atmosphere make it a place I’m always happy to return to. Highly recommended!

Sicana 2nd best!!! Did I get your attention? Look, it’s fabulous, really good…service is the best anywhere, the quality is very good, the sides are very good, the atmosphere is great…the only thing, Franklin BBQ makes the best brisket, hands down. Hutchins is fantastic, however it just doesn’t have the same flavoring. It’s very moist, very tender and well cooked, I just feel that Franklin has a better flavor and consistency. The brisket was excellent, the pork ribs were amazingly tender and flavorful as well, the turkey looked a little dry, but wasn’t, it was moist and very flavorful. The twinkies were fantastic…and again, their staff is the best…in a society focused on speed and lacking service, Hutchins has nailed that piece and really makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Hats off to Hutchins…they excel in service and the over all experience. Loved it! Will definitely return!!

Rachel Lynch We frequent Didi’s regularly, but came tonight for NYE dinner. While the regular food we eat is always great, NYE dinner was next level. We had the ahi tuna and crab cake appetizers, filet and scallop entrees and it was all absolutely amazing. They had a live band that was fabulous and it was just an excellent evening. Simone was our sever and she was top notch. We love Didi’s and thank you for helping us and send ofd the year in style!

Madhu Sudan Visited Spitz Mediterranean in Frisco and tried two items –> the Street Cart Fries (regular, no protein – $11) and the Chicken Tikka Bowl ($14.50). Both dishes were really satisfying in their own ways. The fries were the star of the meal for me -> thin, perfectly crispy, and topped with just the right blend of flavors that made each bite addictive. The Chicken Tikka Bowl was flavorful and hearty, a great option if you’re looking for something filling. Considering the portion sizes and the quality, I felt the pricing was fair. Overall, a spot I’d be happy to return to, especially for those fries!

7.WBs Table

Jack Boston There’s a reason WB’s Table is our King-crews answer whenever someone says “where should we eat?”. On a recent November night, we piled in once again, drawn back by Chef Wade Burch’s unbeatable combo of chef-curated dishes, craft cocktails, fabulous wines, and a come-as-you-are vibe thats equal parts Napa charm and Texas comfort. We started with Candied Bacon and Deviled Eggs, thick, smoky bacon glazed with just the right sweet-heat, paired with creamy deviled eggs. Then moved on to "The Award winning WBs smash style Burger". It never disappoints, juicy short-rib & brisket blend, melted American cheese, pickles, and that soft bun. The wine list punches way above its weight! The selections are thoughtful (heavy on Napa and Sonoma) and pair perfectly with everything from the burger to the fish special. In a city full of chains and flashy newcomers, WB’s Table is the spot we keep choosing, because the food slaps, the vibe is unbeatable, and Chef Wade and his team treat every guest like family. See you this weekend… probably twice (Sunday Brunch!).

Tiwari Aparna (The wandering foodie) Went for brunch on new year holiday. They have a good option of breakfast . Flexible with customising your food how you like. Takes some time to get your food but worth the wait. Had veggie skillet without eggs and grits with shrimp. Both were made fresh and tasted amazing.

Nilani T A new Indian buffet has opened in the Dallas–Frisco area called Rotate Bar & Grill, and it’s truly impressive. The weekend grand buffet is outstanding, with every item maintained at 70°F+ hot-holding temperature, ensuring the food stays hot and fresh throughout service. Beyond the presentation, the food itself is excellent—rich flavors, great taste, and high quality across the spread. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed. And special thanks to our server RUMI

Kripa We had a fantastic time, the staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was great. We ordered 2 items (EL Ray combo and Chicken/Beef fajitas) to share and it could have easily fed one more person. Our food came quickly, was flavorful and the platter is a great pick for variety. The fajita plate however was not as generous as other Tex Mex places in the area but flavorful none the less. I reccomend a visit, and maybe call ahead to check for seating as it was packed for lunch!

Kimberley Noel My daughter and I had lunch here recently. It was the first time I had eaten here. We actually had planned on going somewhere else but the other place looked extremely busy. I really wanted tacos and this place was nearby so I thought I would try it. They were not very busy and we were seated immediately. Our server greeted us right away and brought us chips and salsa and our drinks very quickly. My daughter ordered the steak quasadilla and I ordered the barbacoa tacos. The quesadilla was $18.50 but didnt come with anything. My tacos came with a choice of beans (I chose black beans) and rice. We each had a coke. The service and food was excellent. It was more than I had intended on spending for lunch ($60 with top) especially considering it was basically 1 appetizer, 1 meal and 2 cokes. I most likely wouldnt go here again, only due to the price since there are so many other places around.

Charles Boltas Wow! This is my new favorite restaurant in downtown Frisco. My wife and I went for a dinner on a Thursday evening. We got there right when they opened at 5:00PM. We were greeted right away from a friendly hostess. She sat us on the enclosed porch and we had the whole place to ourselves. Again, we were greeted by a friendly server and his training partner. Both were nice and kept our waters filled. The food. Blown away. We started with a cup of the butternut squash and mushroom soup. The butter it squash soup was the bomb! The mushroom soup was the best Ive had as well. Next, we ordered the pork pot pie and their play on chicken and dumplings. Both were super flavorful and tasty. It was my birthday, so they have us a free piece of lemon pie. Also sooo good. Nothing but five stars here all around from beginning to end. We will be back!!!! Also, the menu lists the local farms where the food comes from. The food is seasonal and fresh. The menu will change frequently.
