H Lyons Rolled into beautiful downtown Junction at lunchtime. Found this gem hiding in plain sight. We had the AYCE salad bar. Everything was fresh and the side salads were tasty. Nice choice of dressings as well. So we finished behaving ourselves and had a slice of Pecan and Silk pie to make up for it.

youssef ben abid The birria tacos were just Amazing, we had 4 loaded tacos and a huge cheesy quesadillas with consume for less than 30$. Definetly worth trying. Be there before 1:30 because food goes fast.

Remote Family of Three We had a fantastic experience at Dairy Queen! Their treats are incredibly tasty, especially the original banana split, the Oreo Blizzard, and the banana split Blizzard, which were all very good. The restaurant is clean, and the staff were polite, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for a delightful dessert experience!

GERNODT ZEPRAT (ZEPRATGERNODT) December 13, 2025 9:00 pm Johnathan was the gentleman running the Subway counter. He was courteous, friendly and delivered service with respect and a great attitude. He made my sandwich as I liked it and didn’t seemed bothered with any of my requests in the process. I travel all over the country and his service is one of very few I come across in various travel centers. He should be recognized for great customer service. My sub tasted great and thank you.

MR Mecánica Automotriz They told me as soon as I try to order that run out of many menu items (I guess becouse of the holidays) and had no breakfasts at the moment. Order some milkshakes and a burger. Food was good, hot and fresh as expected.

H Venegas We came here last night and ordered a bundle meal which included 4 medium fries. We received it in a large container and it was the most pathetic serving size Ive ever received in my life! When I got all 4 and brought it to the heavyset white lady, she just ignored (such an easy fix) I literally grabbed one container and poured it over the other to show it barely tops of a large fry box and shes like "well thats a medium". Wow, just wow. Ill attach a photo you be the judge.

Miguel Avila Homemade feel good Mexican Food. I liked the way the rice was made. Reminded me of my mom’s rice. Beans were refried and flavored well. The cheese enchiladas were hand rolled and freshly made with cheese. Crispy taco shells were made fresh, but I could have used them a little more crispier. Chips were not homemade, but the salsa was. Had a nice garlic flavor to it. Come over for a quick lunch. I think you will like it. Feels Homey. Don’t look into the restaurant itself, it’s in need of a facelift, but the staff is super friendly and kind. One of the waitresses reminded me of my Abuela.

Vicki Hoffman The brisket is amazing!! I love good Q and this was perfection. It is not over seasoned or over peppered like other places. It was tender, delicious and the place was filled with many excellent specimens of taxidermy. The barb wore was really interesting and a great collection. I am going to have many great hours researching tue different names and styles of barbed wire in this collection.

Erika Castano We stopped at Lum’s BBQ in Junction, TX during our drive on I-10, and wow — this place is a gem. The brisket was out of this world, perfectly smoked and incredibly tender. The turkey was super moist, which is hard to find, and every side tasted fresh and homemade. The restaurant itself is spotless and well-kept — truly impeccable. The ambiance felt a little cold and not the warmest in terms of friendliness, but the food more than makes up for it. If you’re traveling toward Austin or San Antonio from West Texas, this is THE place to stop for real Texas BBQ. Absolutely worth the detour and every single bite!

US Family R (Momma & Fams 2 Cents) While traveling you always want a good place to stop for snacks, gas, and restroom breaks. Everything was nice and clean and easily accessible.
